Meet the Founder
Steve McClatchey is the Founder of McClatchey Wealth Group LLC and has worked in the financial services industry since 2011. Originally from Gary, Indiana, Steve attended Morgan Park High School on Chicago’s South Side, where he developed a lifelong passion for basketball before continuing his education at Ball State University, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Consumer Finance.

Beyond wealth management, Steve has remained deeply connected to athletics through coaching and officiating basketball and volleyball at the youth, high school, adult, and collegiate levels. He is also a real estate investor and entrepreneur, owning and operating a luxury black car transportation service throughout the South Bend and Southwest Michigan areas.
